Mr. Fong Kai Shing, Ph.D., is the President and Chief Executive Officer of many companies, Vice Chairman and Co-founder of Rock Orient Foundation, Honorary Director of the 2nd China Red Cross Foundation, Director of Beijing Bacui Bilingual School. In 2009, he won the 11th World Outstanding Chinese Award.

Mr. Fong has more than 30 years of business experience, mainly in petroleum products, real estate, finance, education platforms, and public health. The education platform takes "the reason of building a university to help those students who need to achieve their dream; the dream passes on forever, and the talents will open a new world." It supports college students with financial difficulties and helps them grow together after becoming talented. Work together for the well-being of students. Since 2010, the program has supported 115 university youths studying medicine, law, nursing, accounting, and finance.
